  • RECOVERY

    Swelling, redness, and tenderness may occur and typically resolves within a few days but can last up to 2 weeks. Some firmness or numbness in the treated area is normal. Most clients resume daily activities immediately.

    A series of 2–4 treatments, spaced 4–6 weeks apart, is typically recommended for optimal results. Final results appear gradually as fat cells are naturally eliminated.

  • Avoid strenuous exercise, heat, and alcohol for 24–48 hours
  • Massage as instructed
