Koza Skin Clinic was founded by two Registered Nurses and Aesthetic Clinical Trainers who believe skin deserved to be treated with both precision and time.
We built Koza around a simple idea: that beauty isn't rushed, and it isn't guessed at. Every treatment plan begins with education and understanding your skin, your goals, and the years ahead. We favor long-term skin health over quick fixes, structure before enhancement, and results that are allowed to unfold naturally rather than announce themselves.
This is why we sequence care intentionally: first supporting the face's structure and the natural aging process, then encouraging the skin's own collagen through biostimulation to carry results forward long after you leave. Susan Pribanic, RN, BSN

Susan brings over 30 years of acute care nursing experience including a career rooted in ICU nursing providing a foundation for precision, safety, and confidence.
A member of the Canadian Association of Medical Aesthetics (CAMA), Susan is also an educator, teaching both basic and advanced injection techniques. 
Susan's expertise lays in full facial balancing, using a comprehensive, structural approach including dermal fillers and biostimulators to harmonize the face. She's also known for her expertise in Russian and flat lip techniques, two of the most technically demanding and detail-driven approaches in lip artistry. Susan's eye for symmetry, proportion, and natural movement is what allows her clients to achieve results that look refined and balanced.
Endlessly passionate about the craft of aesthetics, Susan continues to push her own skills forward so her clients benefit from her sharp skills and deep expertise.

Sara Gardner, RN, MN

Sara is a Registered Nurse Cosmetic Injector with over 15 years of clinical experience spanning acute care, ICU, and long-term care. She holds a Master's Degree in Nursing, bringing an advanced clinical foundation to every treatment she performs.Sara's practice includes dermal fillers, neuromodulators, PRP (platelet-rich plasma), fat-dissolving injections, and biostimulators. Whether it's subtle refinement, regenerative aesthetics, or long-term collagen-building results, Sara builds thoughtful, layered treatment plans tailored to each client's unique goals.With a steady hand shaped by years of high-acuity nursing and a genuine passion for helping clients look and feel their best, Sara approaches every treatment with precision, warmth, and an eye for natural, beautiful results.
