CO-FOUNDER

Susan Pribanic, RN, BSN

Susan brings over 30 years of acute care nursing experience including a career rooted in ICU nursing providing a foundation for precision, safety, and confidence.

A member of the Canadian Association of Medical Aesthetics (CAMA), Susan is also an educator, teaching both basic and advanced injection techniques. 

Susan's expertise lays in full facial balancing, using a comprehensive, structural approach including dermal fillers and biostimulators to harmonize the face. She's also known for her expertise in Russian and flat lip techniques, two of the most technically demanding and detail-driven approaches in lip artistry. Susan's eye for symmetry, proportion, and natural movement is what allows her clients to achieve results that look refined and balanced.

Endlessly passionate about the craft of aesthetics, Susan continues to push her own skills forward so her clients benefit from her sharp skills and deep expertise.

Sara Gardner, RN, MN

Sara is a Registered Nurse Cosmetic Injector with over 15 years of clinical experience spanning acute care, ICU, and long-term care. She holds a Master's Degree in Nursing, bringing an advanced clinical foundation to every treatment she performs.Sara's practice includes dermal fillers, neuromodulators, PRP (platelet-rich plasma), fat-dissolving injections, and biostimulators. Whether it's subtle refinement, regenerative aesthetics, or long-term collagen-building results, Sara builds thoughtful, layered treatment plans tailored to each client's unique goals.With a steady hand shaped by years of high-acuity nursing and a genuine passion for helping clients look and feel their best, Sara approaches every treatment with precision, warmth, and an eye for natural, beautiful results.

    Blair leads the client experience at Koza. With over ten years in the beauty and medical aesthetics industry, she brings an unmatched depth of knowledge in advanced skin treatments and ingredients and is known as our walking skincare encyclopedia. She’s especially passionate about acne correction, skin health restoration, and building personalized treatment plans focused on long-term results.


    Her goal is simple: help you understand your skin, connect you with the right treatment path, and build confidence that lasts beyond the treatment room.

    Dr. Wendy Tao, ND

    Dr. Wendy Tao is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor with over 12 years of clinical experience. As a primary care provider, she takes an integrative approach to diagnosing and treating both acute and chronic health conditions, with a strong emphasis on prevention.

    Dr. Tao draws on a wide range of naturopathic modalities tailored to each patient’s needs, including clinical nutrition and lifestyle coaching, vitamin and supplement therapy, herbal medicine, homeopathy, and prescription medications. She also offers intravenous (IV) nutrient and chelation therapy, including iron infusions, along with functional lab and nutrigenomic testing to uncover the root cause of health concerns.

    Grace Stephenson

    Grace is known for her calm, confident presence, exceptional attention to detail, and five years of experience as a laser technician.

    She delivers refined, polished results while making every client feel comfortable and cared for. Meticulous and highly knowledgeable, Grace is recognized as one of the most detail-oriented providers at KOZA. She takes a personalized approach to every treatment, tailoring each one to your skin’s unique needs and goals.
