A brand new, next-generation laser is coming to KOZA Skin Clinic in Port Coquitlam, and we couldn’t be more excited to introduce you to the Aerolase Neo Elite. With this laser we are able to treat 36 different skin conditions, and safely and effective treat all skin tones, including Fitzpatrick 6.

The Neo Elite is a next-generation 1064nm Nd:YAG laser with a 650-microsecond pulse duration— which is shorter than the thermal relaxation time of the skin tissue.

Translation: The energy from this laser enters the skin, finds its target (the thing we’re treating), and gets tf outta there faster than the skin has time to realize what happened (get too hot).
